I felt that his calming presence did a lot on the last 2 goals.

That was a fun game to watch.... Couldn't be happier for Georges on that goal. The guy was so happy!
Great call, seems like we rather kick a player in the ass than pat them on the back!

as I said in my post alot of it can be considered speculation you can still always tell when someone is angry or happy based on body language, if someone is eyeing down his defenseman its not because he has a crush on him its because he may be dissapointed.

No I have no problems with people reading body language. Just that I find the body language for not having confidence is quite similar to the body language of being tired. I really haven't seen much out of Price this year to say his body language says he has no confidence. In fact I would say his play would tell us the exact opposite.

And I agree with you Price played a pretty good game.

Price deserved to get a win based on great goal support for a change.

Nice to see the Gomez/Gionta/Pouliot line continue to be gangbusters for us!

He's a bit of a diver. He's drawn a few penalties so I guess whatever works.

Recap! Laraque and Cammy clips included

My recap of the game, with clips of the Laraque and Cammy goals.

Pouliot with two more points, and equalled his career best of seven goals in a season.

It seems like he and Latendresse are playing "Anything you cann do, I can do better."

I also put together something pre-game up on the Habs aid to Haiti. I've included lins to all the major aid organizations if you have the inkling to donate.

You have to get drunk or the Habs won't win the Stanley Cup this year.

I went to the game on a whim with 3 friends (we purchased tickets from scalpers)

What a good decision that was, worth every penny

Good thing he was in net. If Price was playing tonight, the Canadiens would have only scored 2 goals.

That's funny as I think Pouliot probably is doing that, he even said himself that "I wonder if Latendresse is reading how I am doing as all I read and see is how he is doing"!!!???!!!

Price did not sit on his head in anyway possible in the third.
BUT
The team did what winning teams do. They won by scoring more goals than the opposition. You don't win cups by relying on the goalie. Maybe Price could've played better, but that's how it goes. You need to score goals, so that a goalie's faults aren't magnified by the fact that your team has no reply to getting scored on.

He wasn't the reason why we won but he had a solid end of the game and made some couple nice saves. We are lucky right now to have two goalies that can win of help us win game that often, so saying Price played well doesn't mean I hate Halak. I like both goalies.
