Tim Brent.....LOFF.

Sykora will get a look from the Rangers, I think.

Wasn't Brent drafted twice?

Sykora to Boston or NYR? More scoring never hurt.

Sykora will definitely get picked up.

If Satan got signed, someone will take a chance on Sykora.

Bob McKenzie edited it saying Tim Brent was waived by Toronto. He's been injured all season IIRC.

"Welcome to the Toronto Maple Leafs Mr. Sykora!"

That's what I assume!

Another one of Allan Walsh's clients benefitting from his masterful Twitter-centric representation (Sykora).

Doubt anyone claims him, just because whenever HF says "(Waived player) definitely gets picked up", it doesn't happen.

i doubt it. Sykora's salary would cost most teams the chance at a real deadline acquisition.

Let's get this right: Minnesota puts Sykora and Earl on waivers. Toronto puts Tim Brent on waivers. CBJ's Picard clears.

If the Oilers dont take Sykora, it will show significantly that they aren't trying.

I hope they claim him, have him play well and hopefully raise his trade value by the deadline.

It depends, Sykoras hit is "only" 1.6 and he is ufa next year.

Very interesting possibility that someone who fights for the "last" playoff spot and doesnt really want to take risk of buying and ending up outside the playoff´s on TD might be interested.

Aww. ****, i feel like my eng doesnt again make any sense, hope someone understood

Interesting moves from the Minnesota side. Someone else has to be coming in. Earl needs to be put on wavier to go back to Houston, so that's not a shock. He'd done his job well though. But waiving both is surprising. We don't have any extra forwards on the active roster without those two.

He was pretty good for Rockford but he was not retained

When Hawks called him up for 2 games last year he looked bad

We don't have interest on Sykora, we need a first line scorer winger.
