Does anybody know a good avatar editing program?

Because my standard site isn't working right now.

I really liked it because it was simple and easy to use.

Photoshop CS and Acdsee.

Batch processing and actions, simple and easy. PSP 9 would probably work too, as would Photoshop Elements.

I consider infraview the best free windows graphics editor for most users. It's easy to install, simple to use, and is loaded with features.

The Gimp is more for professionals. If you need Photoshop and can't afford it, that's the one to get. It's not a simple install for non-geeks.

There's a link for an online image editor in usercp. I just used it to make this avatar.
