You are right about that, in hope.

I HOPE we are headed in the right direction.

But Sather still manages to hand out horrible contracts to bad players.

Luckily, he hasn't be willing to deal our top prospects and our top young NHL players lately.

No one wants to hear it but we all know the problem and have known for some time. Any team who pays hi end contracts to mid level talent is going to struggle, nevermind have 3 or more of said players your going to have multiple problems like we have. The only reason this team is respectible is because of the man between the pipes. He really should be considered for the MVP this year.

Gaborik doesnt deserve any consideration? The guy has already amassed more points than any player on the roster last year did over a whole season. Gomez and Zherdev had 58 points at the end of the season. Gabby already has 61.
