that's alot of mistake especially the WAIVERS one.

When will the fans stop praising Gainey ? He doesn't deserve it !
Dude, get your freakin' facts straight.

Souray and Komisarek were made offers. No one trades guys he wants to offer to stay. And in both cases when the players rejected the offers, Bob replaced them with other players as good or better.

Streit wanted assurances he would be a full-time defenceman, and the Habs hesitated on this demand. It's understandable, even if I was a Streit fan and wanted him re-signed myself.

Hainsey does not impress me that much, no loss AFAIC, and Beauchemin is overrated, but was probably better than players we decided to protect and keep, like Rivet, Dandenault, Bouillon.

However, what irks me the MOST in your repated messages ad NAUSEUM is Robidas. Dude, Robidas was left unprotected in the Waiver Draft of September 2002 and Atlanta claimed him. He was coming off a -25 season and seemed over-matched out there at 5'11". But guess what? Bob Gainey was not here yet! He only arrived in May 2003. It was André Savard who left him unprotected, as would almost anyone else at the time.

There was a lot of line juggling but mostly Moen, who is a good player but not really meant for a top six role.

Lou Lam lost Gionta true , Sutter lost Cammy true , they gamble and lost , but that's only 1 mistake, not 10

you saw Lou lam making that much of BIG mistake like Gainey over the years ? I haven't seen that ... and BTW the Devils are still one of the best team in the league. not the Habs

Ribeiro
Robidas (waivers)
Hainsey (waivers)
Beauchemin (waivers
Souray
Streit
Komisarek

that's alot of mistake especially the WAIVERS one and Ribeiro the others he at least tried to re sign them except Streit that impressed me on D after he left but he would have sign for less IF Gainey would have made him an offer ... what do you have now ? MARC ANDRE BERGERON who is garbage on D ... at least Streit is better on Defense and equal on offense

We always bring a downgrade to the team after a bad decision. sick of it

Ya, the Gainey years have nothing on the Houle era?

Lou never made an offer for Gionta and he tried to wait. He wanted to stay in Jersey, but when he received the $5 mil offer from Montreal, NJ was in no position to match anyways. I believe Lou just assumed Gionta would get a large offer on the market and there would be no point in matching it since the cap space is needed and there are important UFA's that Lou needs to lock up this summer (Paul Martin and David Clarkson).

We had a few prospects to hopefully fill the void of Gionta. Bergfors, (despite the long rookie slump he's in now) has been a good replacement for Gio this season and we can only hope he gets better.

GL with the rest of the season Habs fans! Thanks for destroying the Rangers!

getting better, look at the camera more!

also, you need to have a habs poster flag or something behind you, backdrop is too bland.

Keep it up, you're on your way.

Nice one!
Word of advice: you should add clips of the game, some key moments would jazz up your report, but good work!

Thanks dude, ya normally I film in a different spot - but this time I tried it during the day and the lighting was brutal. It'll go back to my normal 'set' on Tuesday, and ya I'm gonna Habs it up.

Thanks again!

THIS!

This is something i had ALWAYS wanted dangle to do, and you have the chance to do it first. You can use a program to take the highlights from nhl.com's channel on youtube and cut them and add your own audio on top. Would be fantastic.

Fabulous idea, I'll ask my more technically-inclined ladyfriend if it's possible. Might not be ready next game, but soon!
