I'd bet that Peter is giving one of the defensemen a day off (Kimmo or Pronger probably), and chose Mika as a good replacement considering he's not in our regular lineup, and is defensively aware.

According to Timmah P, Richards shaved off his beard but left the stache. Team mustache.

Oh I'm aware.

The fact Kimmo is my height, when I would play hockey(for fun) I used to curse my height. I loved playing Defense. I found it way more fun than offense.

As others have said, probably just in practice.

But, wouldn't be bad getting him a little comfortable in that position. Someone get him some steroids or something though, a bit of meat wouldnt hurt his frame.

Richards beard kills Crosby's any day. I hope we went up to him and told him, this is what a real beard should look like. ***** *****.

I hope that Pyorala gets to play defense in a game, I feel bad for him being out of the line up. I imagine if he doesn't get to play, and isn't traded to somewhere where he can play regularly he is going to go back to the SEL.

Danny Briere is waving hi, but that's probably below your field of vision.

I think its just Richards and Carcillo. I can't remember did Emery just have a beard or did he have a mustache too?

Also whenever someone says something that just makes one say "what?" they should just post this.

When he starts to learn how to pass the puck properly, I wouldnt have a problem with him. But if he is this years Jones or not, he has been pretty damn bad.

Coburn is more of this years Jones.

Coburn has been getting paid half of what Jones was, and he has played better this year than I ever remember Jones playing.

Maybe it's just because I hate Jones, but he was such a defensive liability.
