if I'm not mistaking, they came in at 203 minutes "When Cammelari was being interviewed". Add another 64 minutes

Agreed, only thing from that post I remotely agreed with is that we should be conscious that he might need a break at some point.

The last time he struggled, he had played many games in a row before he started to flounder.

That said, his play doesn't in any way suggest fatigue. Those goals could/would have beaten any goalie.

They weren't his fault, imo. I'm not sure who's man it was, but Pouliot was left wide open and had an easy tap in. Phillips should have had Gionta on the second one.

The Habs put up a good fight tonight. I was fairly impressed as they got more even strength scoring chances then I would have though, but they didn't capitalize on them. I was pretty happy to get the two points. After the first period I thought Ottawa was going to slaughter Montreal, but they seemed to slow down in the third. All that matters in the end is the two points though so I'm happy.

I had a good time at the game.

The crowd was pretty into it for the most part and while I think Ottawa carried the play in the 1st and 2nd periods, the Habs responded in the 3rd and it kind of looked like we were running out of gas.

Great clutch play from Fisher and Karlsson was simply solid all afternoon.

Everytime we get into a scramble situation with him on the ice, he somehow gets a hold of it and darts back behind the net to let everyone settle down. It's such a veteran move and he does it so easily.

Passing, silky smooth. Skating, silky smooth. Now he's pinning guys and not getting knocked around as much either. Very impressive.

Elliott was huge in this game as well. Props to him.

I don't think we played quite as consistent as in the Pens and Devils games, but I'll take the 2 points. I think we had some bad luck around the net because we were driving to it well and just not getting the rebounds.

If you get some bad luck and still win, that's a good sign.

Hopefully Smith, Winchester or Donovan can make the most of their opportunity as Foligno recovers.

I've liked Cammy as well and hopefully he's not out for too long either, because he's a terrific hockey player and goal scorer.

Great atmosphere at the game today...loved the play of our Top 6, the shutdown pair and Karlsson...heck even Kuba played well!

My only minor gripe...yeegads is Cheechoo struggling out there. He's dragging down the play of Regin and Shannon and when Foligno went down, Regin didn't see another shift. That's too bad because he is a very promising player and deserves some ice time!

With Foligno out (SUCKS!) I think we need to call up the Zack Attack and move Neil up with him and Regin and drop Cheech down to the 4th.

It was Volchenkov that left poulliot alone in the paint.
I dont blame Elliot for the 2 goals against today, it was bad defensive zone coverage that left him hanging.

Yeah, I don't think anyone outside of Omnisens thinks Elliott showed any signs of slowing down. He was just as good today as he's been throughout the streak. Big props to the kid.

Cherry giving props to Fisher and Karlsson on the goal.

Says he wishes Fisher was on Team Canada.

Rare kudos from the Leaf homer.

Cherry always liked Fisher. Him and Spezza are the only two guys on the Sens he always talks good about.

pretty obvious as to why, fisher plays his style, and also played for the Petes. While Spezza played for the Ice Dogs at one point when he owned them

Nah, it's not updated yet.

You always get 50 at the end of any day you have 0 so that you can try again.

You'll probably have more like 127 by the end of the night.

Fisher was dressed like a bum though, the entire team looked like they would steal hubcaps off of vehicles after the game.
