I like not having to wait another 4 friggen days to watch a game. Just hoping for a good game, and some points tonight. Please, and thank you.

Win Flyers Win. We need some breathing room badly. I hate this 3 points from 13th thing. It should be more like 3 points from first.

Gonna be a tough game.
Flames are motivated to play and want to show their coach that they earn their spot in the lineup.

Anyway, two points please!

Thanks MSE Thanks!
Go Flyers Go!

I do like playing in the west because it usually means I can just get in earlier, sleep a decent amount and then don't have to go back to sleep when the game is over to balance out.

Should be a good game and definitely one to win. The Flames are pretty bad right now and they got a lot of new acquisitions and not much practice as a team.

Other than that, Chris Pronger's stats against the Flames are just ridiculous: 48 games, 12-33-45, 57 PIM

Is Jamal Mayers playing? If so, him and Carcillo are definitely fighting again.

Bob McKenzie's latest....
Quote:
It is expected that Olli Jokinen will be in the Calgary Flames' lineup when they play tonight in Calgary against the Philadelphia Flyers. Brandon Prust may also be in the lineup but it could be Brian McGrattan instead.

In any case, it is clear that the deal that looked on Sunday night as though it was agreed to - Jokinen and Prust to the New York Rangers in exchange for Chris Higgins and Alex Kotalik - is not going to happen over the course of today.

It's obviously possible the deal may not get done at all, but the mere fact that one or both players are in the Flames' lineup tonight doesn't mean for certain it won't get done either.

Sources tell TSN that while the Rangers thought they had the deal basically agreed to on Sunday night, the Flames weren't ready to pull the trigger, in part, because they felt they needed Jokinen in the lineup tonight against Philadelphia in Calgary. There are reports that Kotalik isn't prepared to waive his no-trade clause to go to Calgary but the indication is the Rangers were fully able and prepared to do this deal, but Calgary backed away at the last moment.

Olli Jokinen scheduled to be in Calgary lineup tonight vs. Philly. Maybe Brandon Prust, too, though it could be Brian McGrattan.

and then:

TSNBobMcKenzie
Jokinen/Prust for Higgins/Kotalik not expected to happen today and may not happen at all tho still possible this deal is done after game.

Please win Flyers, thanks.
I'm not crazy about Western games because of the time and tonight I'll probably be sore from P/T.

A trip through western Canada without a stop in Vancouver is ********, but at least I'll be able to watch the full game live.

Hate playing the western conference, it seems rare that we win big.
Hopefully Calgary continue their offensive struggles and we get the 2 points.
We need to start distancing ourselves from the hungry bottom feeders in the EAST

Both teams having new players, it should be interesting. Although I think we pull out a win.
