I know that they are meant to be funny and that we aren't meant to take them seriously, but I honestly find most of them highly insulting.
And hey, we have no idea what's going on in the locker room, so we can't exactly totally say that Patty has no leadership.
They really aren't meant as such. Most of them are making fun of his rather awkward nature, which I actually find endearing. (Seriously, just look at him smile.) If you're a regular reader of BoC, you'd know that RudyKelly would kill to have Marleau on the Kings.
i don't think it's insulting. i think it's a clever reversal on all the badassery of the chuck norris facts. marleau's not a badass in the kicking people's ***** sense (hockey sense yes!)...he's just a normal guy.

True... He is possibly the most amazingly awkward person ever. I just love it.
Marleau has really benefitted from getting heatley on the line. Can't believe the sens were stupid enough to trade heater. You need to be more patient with players while in a slump, or get some half decent coaching.
