Caps have been playing poorly lately...they've just managed to pull out wins by turning it on for a short stretch of time and scoring a bunch of goals.

They're due for a letdown

Christenson with Vinny and Gabby
Jokinen with Dubi and Cally

This is the only way things can work

Yeah, I'm feeling a blowout tonight. These Caps are really, really good. They finish games and aren't intimidated by physical play the way they used to be.

Well we can look at that two ways... Technically the first game of the streak was a SO win... so if this was 1984-85 it probably would have been a tie. So that's 11 unbeaten but only 10 wins in a row. Or you can look at it as breaking the 11 game record just set. Either way the most impressive thing to me is that aside from the SO win the last 10 have been wins in regulation. Having said that, MSG is always a tough place to play and I am sure the boys are looking forward to it, and the Rangers will be more than up for it.

Yep, as soon as no goals are scored, of Washington is up by 3, Christensen will be on the 4th line, Avery on the 2nd, Jokinen back on the first. Then he'll change it again.

Who is that BUM that is 1st in line in the OP's GDT pic...get him out of here!

Per usual against the Caps, Lundqvist needs to stand on his head or we get run out of the building.

These are the most perfect lines ive ever seen. I actually think we could win games with these. Voros and Bra$hit should never play again.
