Actually it would be exactly 20 games.
Do people really think THAT will end his season with a 2 week break coming up?

Maybe they can combine that with the "Fire Sather" rally. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

Only way it ends his season is if there was ligament damage done to his knee. If it's a bruise, he may miss tomorrow's game but nothing serious

Zip's followup on Twitter:

Quote:
Jim Schoenfeld: Gaborik right knee being stitched up here, not hospital, for laceration. No x-rays yet. !st feeling is no other damage
Bolded part is good news - I'm guessing it's just a bad cut, w/ no ligament or muscle damage.

Skate hit him in the knee, he was probably bleeding profusely. Getting stitches. The end.

Hopefully he's ready to go tomorrow. It would suck to have to wait three days to watch a Rangers game just to watch them get shut out.

EDIT: This was a joke. I don't like putting sarcasm smiley's next to my jokes, because then it ruins the joke. Sort of like when Jimmy Fallon laughs after everything he says.
