I don't know if I'm going to laugh or cry... this is starting to get crazy to say the least. Good thing they all got injuried before the olympics atleast.

Should probably read the rest of it before commenting. I know it will take you some time, but it's not a very long piece I got there...

Sucks. Pouliot was finally getting his game around and he gets injured. Although the term "March" sounds a lot more ominous then it is since there is the 2 week Olympic break after this week.

Hopefully, Pools is back directly after the Olympics. It sounds like MAB won't be back until a couple of weeks after the break.

I thought SK said his brother would play a game or two before the Olympc break? Does that mean we can expect him to play this weekend? If he's not ready he should take the extra two weeks to get healthy.

We'll need him and Pouliot on our post-Olympic drive. God can you imagine a line-up with Pools & AKost!

The biggest reason of all for the Habs struggles these past two seasons

Not Bob Gainey...

but a multitude of injuries to productive personel

Unbelievable how it goes on and on.................

Hopefully, we'll manage to sell Hamrlik or Spacek at the trade deadline. We need to prepare this team for next season. No way can we have a chance with injuried players.

Let's add a top 10 pick over that, and that's great!

Well Pouliot was put on IR so he could not return until Friday anyways. After that we only play 1 game until March. So we don't really know anything new.

Great comment. Every situation is an opportunity. Indeed, this team is learning to win the hard way. Hopefully, that will translate into good things come playoff time...

Bergeron out for 6 weeks sure sucks, but the "sidelined until March" headline sounds more provocative than it really is.

Even before today, Jacques Martin had pretty much ruled out Bergeron and Pouliot for this week. With the Olympic break, that brings us right up to March.

So even if Pouliot is "sidelined until March", he might still miss only three more games.

hopefully the smurfs start getting bigger...although i love small players that can play and work hard all the time i prefer a large player that can play and works hard all the time...they probably would be more durable as a team

and now we also have the olympics to look forward to in terms of potential injuries (and yes i realise this affects all teams)

Still can't figure out your 1328. What was that: your first LaPresse pay check?
