DL mentioned in an interview somewhere he was going to use the olympic break to step back and re-evaluate things, said he could use it as an opportunity to sit back and try stuff without having to worry about getting caught up with whats going on while the Kings are playing. I'd be really surprised if anything happens before the Olympic break.
A bit off tangent but just because we waived a bottom 6 forward doesn't mean we're going to acquire a bottom 6 forward. Guys like Richie and Simmonds can play the bottom 6 and insert a Whitney on the top 6 if needed.
I am a bit suprised, but I can see why. He didn't bring enough energy to his game. He was decent.
Yeah, I was thinking that perhaps TM wanted him to get more physically involved in the game against the dux which he didn't. Of course, that's just speculation. But he's probably the 2nd biggest/toughest guy on our team and he only has 2 fights...I think this was a TM's call imo.
I think it has more to do with the Monarchs slump then anything to do with the Kings. They need him much more than we do. Send him down now so he makes it in time for the weekend games.
What did Jones ever do to you that no matter who the thread is about, what it is about, or whether he has played in a game or not you still blame him for it or have to bring up something negative. When someone complains that much about a player then, IMO, their opinion is nothing but hatred oriented and leaves their ipinion invalid to true validity. It appears you just wait or look for any opportunity for a mistake or anything to happen to the team to assign blame on him.

Yeah but if they were going to acquire a top 6 player, Moller is the most likely candidate to be sent down as he doesn't have to clear waivers and is only playing 5 minutes a night.
I guess we'll find out. If you don't see any Hammond reports or interviews, you'll know something is up.
