Hahah, nice touch with the Rangers' projected lines.

I am assuming Ellis will be in goal tonight, but you never know.

Hey guys, just 2 quick tidbits.

The game is still on tonight even though we're in the process of getting hit with a blizzard in which the worst parts are happening before the game starts and until after the game ends. Figured it wouldn't be cancelled since the Predators were already in town.

Also, Gaborik looks like a no go for tonight. He lacerated his thigh in practice yesterday and might miss the rest of the games up until the Olympic break.

Should be a good one, Nashville's a heck of a team.

At finding new and interesting ways to blow a lead! If Ward scores of a breakaway tonight we are doomed!

How does a staff writer for nhl.com not know that Cal O'Reilly plays Forward instead of Defense

Quote:
Who's Hot: Predators defenseman Cal O'Reilly has just eight points this season, but he has a goal and 3 assists in his last two games.

Rangers right wing Ryan Callahan has contributed a goal and an assist in each of his last two games.

One of us is in Brentwood and I'm in Sylvan Park. We both work at 100 Oaks though. So pretty much wherever on the south side of town...

Well look at that, someone other than a mod made the GDT. The team has a chance of winning something other than groans from the fanbase.

Any news on Hammer's newborn baby? Will we see Yonkman tonight?

I secretly want him to play to give me something to laugh about.

Just watch Fox news and see the snow falling pretty bad. Visablity is 50 ft max. I'm just glad this is the one time where transport is mostly coach charter.

For everyone needing a good laugh to try to alleviate some of the tension from last night...

Personally, I love watching the player crawl off the ice looking for a place to hide...

Hahahah, how embarrassing. I had to click on it to go to Youtube to see the title to realize what they were laughing about though. I didn't even notice the skate guards at first! I also love how everything is in Swedish and then they play the Cha Cha Slide. Not many people at those international games, huh.

One of the ice girls did this at the GEC/Sommet/Bridgestone once. It was like an explosion of arms and legs.

in related news, in an attempt to avoid confusion, the Preds brass have stopped referring to Poile's office as the BS Center.

Ward calls his own penalty by raising his hand...Preds go on an early PK...

Didn't have a morning skate today...look very rusty so far...

Disappointed that Belak is in the lineup...Tortorella got the best of Trotz there and didn't dress Brashear...

Liked Wilson on that shift with Erat and Tootoo, but...I think those lines were due to shuffle after Ward's penalty...something to keep an eye on...

Would like to see Wilson on the PP...

You would be hard pressed to try and have a worse power play than that.

Woohoo? I don't even know.

For the love of God, don't let Ward get a breakaway goal.

Klein's shot deflected past Lundqvist...Preds lead 1-0!!!

Great forechecking effort by Legwand to create the turnover...
