Oh...

Unfortunately it is.

You can always try Wal-Mart, Zellers or Jersey City.

Kevin Smith kicked off Southwest flight wearing Oiler hoodie!!!

My girlfriend was on perezhilton.com and showed me a article about Kevin Smith getting kicked off a plane, and she pointed out the picture of him wearing a Oilers hoodie. Awesome! We should hire this guy!

Apparently he is too fat to fly Southwest.

I read that a while ago - hilarious. Unfortunately, for all of the internet wise guys that might think it funny to poke fun at his weight situation, check out his Twitter page; he's already done it for you.

Here he is at the "Twighlight New Moon premiere." I hear him lots on home ice talking about the Oilers as well.

Haha - just saw that as well ... this could be the first time the Oil logo has ever made the front page of cnn.

Here's a screenshot of the whole thing ...

My wife a while back was watching the E! channel. I walked through the room just in time to see them interviewing Kevin Smith with his daughter going to the red carpet premiere of that new Twilight movie. He was wearing this jacket or something similar above and you could see it had Oiler patches sewn on to it. Gotta love it.

I wonder if the Oilers website has gotten more hits since this story broke.

And kind of in line with this topic, but when Carmelo Anthony was here for an exhibition game a couple of years back I guess he had some really nice things to say about the city. That one caught me off guard a bit - but I've liked him a little more ever since.

I was watching Craig Ferguson tonight, and he was joking about Kevin Smith getting kicked off an Airline because of his weight. As usual, Ferguson did the right thing and basically reprimanded the airline and whatnot! Anyways, Craig Ferguson showed Smith's picture, and Smith was in his Oiler shirt!! Kudo's to Craig F because although there are a lot of whiny Americans regarding these Olympics, this NEW American has given props to Canada on it's first gold medal on his Tuesday show...showed the Oilers jersey on Smith tonight, and has previously waved the little Canadian flag with America's and some other countries, as well as had a Polar bear with a team Canada jersey and a hockey stick on his show...this guy is Awesome!

Not to mention the Canadian couple he had proposing marriage on the show...we need more Americans like this I say!
