Guys, I'm in doubt... Maybe this is Jiri Slegr, not Lubina?
His jersey is from 1997 or 1998 IIHF WC, I think. And if it is from 97, then this should be Slegr (#28). If it is from 98, then Lubina (#18).
Could he be Slegr?

At some pictures he looks some like this guy. But there is no possible answer "Ladislav Lubina" in that competition. Only Slegr, M. Prochazka, Rucinsky, V. Ruzicka, F. Kucera, M. Straka, Salficky (from Czech players). It is strange.

Yes this is Lubina

and yes, he was involved in a car crash where a person died. The thing is he abandoned the scene of the accident. Due to his history of fines for showing up drunk for practice in Pardubice and Třinec, one might guess why he left the accident (crime) scene .... ah, the formidable Justice in the Czech Republic was served once again. Guy walks the streets as if he was straight as an arrow
