This poll then only has meaning if you think Stamkos + MPS + 3 1sts = the return from the Gretzky trade, and you'd be hard pressed to find many that agree with you there.

Oops I blew it I thought the other package had three firsts.

And I somehow missed Stamkos? I voted for the wrong package.

Why would I be hard to find someone who would agree with me? Jimmy Carson was highly touted and was 8th in the NHL for scoring in his sophomore season. Stamkos is in his 2nd season and is currently 7th in scoring. MPS was a pretty high draft pick (10th) and very highly regarded. Martin Gelinas was drafted 7th overall and was the CHL rookie of the year. I'm not suggesting that Stamkos and MPS won't be better but at the time when Gelinas and Carson were traded they were top prospects. Carson was a #2 overall pick, Stamkos #1. Gelinas #7, MPS #10. I think that's a damn good comparison.

I would never vote yes for any option with Tammy.
