I hate when weather people are so wrong. I know we will prob still get some snow out here in Harrisburg. But all day it has predicted snow a few hours in the future, then when it gets to that time there is no snow and snow is predicted a few hours in the future. Right now it says we are getting light snow now turning to steady snow at midnight. But we aren't getting any snow right now. I just want to watch the hockey game tomorrow! I can't do that without school cancellations!
To be fair, they were quite clear of the unpredictability of this storm all week.
I will say that it is thundersnowing pretty bad right now and we lost 2 trees so far this storm.
Also, early forecasts are predicting another big storm next weekend.
Woo! Thank God for cowardly school administrations! Widener Law is closed for the day and the roads downtown and on the outskirts are looking ok and it is only snowing a little bit! Spring Break has begun and I get to watch USA-Finland! What a morning!
Just got home from work. The snow was pretty nasty come 200 am or so.... blowing sideways, stinging and all that. It started off as a wet sleet/snow..then turned to straight snow around 4ish (still windy). Made for pretty crappy roads come 7am...esp. for authorities that don't know how to plow. LOL
This Wednesday, Ill be driving from Cleveland back home to Philadelphia. It goes without saying that 76 will be a ****ing **** show, especially around ****tsburg. Hopefully with all this weather I'll be able to make it okay. I'm more concerned with the roads once I get past Harrisburg.
