That would also prevent players from threatening to leave anyway of course.

I wouldn't be opposed to that, although I thought this Olmypic hockey tournament was out of this world awesome.

thats the worst part is that if the NHL isn't in KHL, SEL, FNL, DEL etc are all still in

I'd find Canadian juniors and American college players extremely interesting in the Olympics against those leagues even if they got stomped more often than not.

That's assuming you really care whether you win or lose...

or washed up old former NHLers like Esche. I don't really care either way, but I have no problem with them in the olympics, and Im glad Richards has his gold

Bummer that USA lost. Even bigger bummer that Crosby scored the GWG. I said to my fiance like two minutes before it happened that I really wouldn't be too bummed with a Silver Medal unless Crosby scored the game winner. The fix was in at that point.

Was Miller part of the fix because the goal was way more his fault than it was Crosby's luck.

Was that a shot Ryan miller typically stops? You bet. Was it his fault that Crosby scored there? No.

Rafalski (180lbs) got bodied up by Jerome Iginla, I'm not mad at him for that. Iginla's good work made that play, Crosby didn't do anything that amazing or Miller anything that bad IMO.

Miller looked a little stupid because he wasn't in his stance when Crosby took the shot, and it 5-holed him. It ended up what would've been a savable shot had he just stayed back in his net, but he couldn't have known that when he made the decision to take a step out that Crosby would shoot almost with out looking up.

That play also happened the way it did because the puck got caught in the refs skates...which screwed everyone up.

Yeah... that sucked... but the Canadians could argue that one of USA's goal was scored when they were offsides. **** happens.

Hollywood, did you order one? I am shocked at how quickly they turned it around - I just received it at my office. And it's really nice.

Nah, I never did. Maybe in a couple
months if they're still around I'll grab one but I can't really put up that money right now.
