But really, this is the conclusion of a succesful Olympics. It's event television. How many of the 106 million who watched the Super Bowl will become NFL fans?

I can't think of an example of Olympic hockey spurring interest in the states.

Seriously Canada take your Gold medal and refrain from pissing on the rest of the hockey fans of the world. It's the polite thing to do.

I'm the hockey guy in my group of friends, and my phone was blowing up during the game, and most of my friends are expressing interest in the Bruins. Maybe things are looking up.
