don't be fooled by the number itself. a 19 by new york or chicago is much bigger than a 19 (or in this case, 32) by buffalo. since share points are reported as a percentage, the absolute viewership numbers are actually much higher. major urban centers are just more diversified, more things people want to watch, etc. that's why it's very rare to see nyc, la or chicago in the top 5 list of any broadcast, unless it's the superbowl.

also, i like how that blog is just straight up copying and pasting tvbythenumbers.com (http://tvbythenumbers.com/2010/03/01...-million/43413) and not even linking back to them.
