Can't argue with those picks. What a great couple of weeks.

He wasn't "amazing" in the defensive end. He made at least one mistake in the first Canada game, was in on the mistake that led to the first goal yesterday (although that one was more EJ's I will admit), and got beat by Crosby on the game-winner.

Perhaps this is a case of mistakes sticking out more than solid plays, though, as can be the case in the defensive end.

Anyone who knows about hockey as I do, would choose Pat Kane for All-star.

This is my team:
Ryan Miller

Erik Johnson
Chris Pronger

Pavol Demitra
Ryan Getzlaf
Pat Kane

The only other players who could claim an all-star spot are:
Shea Weber
Jonathan Toews
Ryan Kesler
Pronger played like ****, all the way. A bit better in the final, but still not good.

Good picks I'd say.

I totally agree on Miller winning the MVP.

Btw: Where's Ovechkin?

Those are sensible, logical choices.

I agreed with most of the selections, but I thought Ryan Suter was the best defenseman in the tournament.

2 years ago he was probably behind both of his fellow 2003 draftees (Phaneuf and Coburn), but he's now established himself as the best of the bunch.

Hey, I'm not saying Parise wasn't fantastic.
