They love Kesler there, and he's 10x the player dubinsky is imo, there is no way they'd ever make that deal.

Well see that would just kill the deal completely. I think one peice can reasonably be haggled out but two and youd get yourself laughed at.

I would take this. Kesler is on pace for around 75 points this season (82-game projection) and is very good defensively. Oh yeah and he is just about to enter his prime.

There is no way Canucks do this though.

Kesler is 2 years older than Dubinsky.

When Kesler was 23, this was his line:

80 games 21g 16a 37p

Dubinsky at 23:

50 games 14g 18a 32p

Projected over 80 games, that's:

80 games 22g 29a 51p

Don't get me wrong. I like Kesler and would love to have him on this team, but let's not be so quick to say that he's SO much better than Dubi. Kesler has the advantage of 2 more years of development. I'd bet there were a lot of Vancouver fans saying the same things about Kesler 2 years ago that some Ranger fans say about Dubi now.
