Oh...

and ABSOLUTELY NO TO TRADING CALLAHAN FOR EITHER OF THEM!
Jack Johnson? He is one of the most talented D's in the league.

I don't know, like a young Mike Keenan could probably turn him into a Norris candidate.

Id move Dubinsky for him, for sure.

Also, I don't know about some of the things said about him lately. He seems to be some what of a jerk, but is he so bad on the ice? I don't think so. You got to let a kid like that go.

To your credit, TSN just called it for a 2nd and a d-man.

Good job by Slats there if true.

My sources (Magic 8-Ball) says something is going to happen in the next 10 minutes.

For a 2nd AND a prospect. Please say no! Do the Rangers even have the cap space to make a deal like that?

The buffalo-columbus trade sounds a lot like what Avery was saying columbus was asking sather for in exchange for torres

There is no reason for Glenn to stand still here, it would be brutal if he doesn't sell, and we wind up finishing 9th, but still with a middle first round pick.

IF Torres fetches a 2nd and a d-man, you could really get some **** back for Prospal and Jokinen.

2nd rounders are flying all over the place, get in on this!

Why on earth would the Kings even think about dealing Johnson with the year they're having? This makes no sense.

if the kings are making all these moves to improve their team, why would they trade jj? especially when he has 1.5 cap hit next year

Most of the time, I agree with you Ola. You know your stuff. But I don't agree here.

Jack Johnson IS very talented, but something there is missing. I don't think his brains match his talent. I don't think he will ever live up to his immense potential. Now, the same can be said about Dubinsky, but that's why I said it was a lateral move.

I like JJ and Backes, don't get me wrong. I wouldn't mind them on the team at all, I just don't think we have the assets to afford them.

You would think the Oilers would trade some of these guys by 3.

We have all the pieces in our prospect pool/current youth for the future. I don't want him to sell because we still have an OUTSIDE chance of making it passed the 1st round assuming we get into the playoffs and like I've been saying for a while..

With a Goalie like Lundqvist any series is winnable. If we played these same playoffs 20 times and each time was mutually exclusive I can see us playing in the ECF 2-3 times... which is OK in my book.
