Isn't Modin a LW? Does he ever play the right side? How about Clune or Cliche? Do they every play the RW?
Modin and Cliche have both played right wing to varying degrees in the past.

Modin can play both wings. He played RW for a period last year & did so in the playoffs as well.

If (and that's a 6'4" IF) he stays healthy, you've got a nice 3rd/4th liner.

Yeah, free. There's a reason, though:

He played well for us when he wasn't on IR.

The problem is, he spent most of his time after 06-07 with us in the press box. Dressed for 97 out of a possible 246 games. Last season, he got hurt on his first shift of the SEASON, which was against Detroit in November or December.

It looks like we should actually have a good 4th line if Modin is healthy.

It will be nice to have a 4th line capable of playing 10 minutes

Smyth - Kopitar - Williams
Frolov - Handzus - Brown
Richardson - Stoll - Simmonds
Clune - Halpern - Modin

That is one sexy lineup right there.

Awesome slapshot. Not only hard, but accurate. Excellent size and does a good job infront of the net on the powerplay. Don't think he played the point very much so don't know if he'd do a better job there. Good peneltykiller aswell.

Players that played with him on Tre Kronor says he's a great guy and leader. Both on and off the ice.

I see him fit the Kings perfectly and if he gets more than 5 minutes of icetime per game he'll probobly show some numbers too.

Glad to see Parse back and Moller down. I love Moller but he needs to add some size.. unless he has fun getting pasted 4 times a game.

We actually have a 4th line.. woot!

Don't get too mad at him. He did pick them as 4th on his list of Cup contenders.

He also had the Kings as a top 5 contender in the league. In other words he's brilliant

We could use some of that in the bottom six.

I actually think Modin will be put on the 2nd or 3rd line.

Frolov/Handzus/Modin
or
Modin/Richardson/Simmonds

I think I would try these lines.
Smyth/Kopitar/Brown
Frolov/Handzus/Modin
Richardson/Stoll/Simmonds
Clune/Halpern/Parse

Anything thinks it's impressive that Richard Clune is still here and beat out Cliche, Moller for a spot and possibly playing into the playoffs.

Not really, Cliche wasn't going to stick anyways with Williams coming back and Moller isn't suited for a 4th line role.
