Michael Cammalleri left Price a text after the game telling him that he played really well and to not put the loss on his shoulders.

Even injured Cammalleri is helping out his teammates.

Cuz this time we were playing AGAINST the Shark line.

Real classy move by Cammalleri. Good on him.

It's true too, the loss isn't Carey Price's fault at all. Nowhere close.

The Sharks outrage was amplified as Lapierre sat laughing about the incident on the Canadiens bench. San Jose's frustration was replaced by determination. The team had a rallying point.
I think we were watching the same game. I think the Habs were beating the Sharks when Lappy made that play, so saying they were never in the game is counter to the facts. I thought the Sharks played with more emotion after Lappiere's play and apparently so do others including the writer in this blog.

I am not making an argument that he was trying to injure because I don't know him as a dirty player and can't read his mind. All I can say is it was a dumb play since his team was ahead, it hurt his team and got the Sharks fired up; eventually costing his own team the game.

trust me, being a player myself. i dont want a goalie in who just lost when we have an equally good goalie who can get the job done too.

And the players don't take blame because they played much better than the goalie right?

lol. i was just trying to point out that saying you're a goalie or a player does not make it a legit arguement.

Makes you seem more believable than someone who has never played.

Your "backup" is skilled and playing well. Your "starter" just played an amazing game. Chances are, either goaltender will give you a shot.

You just need the rest of the team to show up and not be ****in' useless.
