Jonathan Toews for sure. His play on the ice was nothing short of magical. Such a well spoken kid too.

Rick Nash.
He can flat out fly and I had no idea he was so good defensively.

Toews, Mike Richards. Sutter has said in the past he would've picked Richards if Phaneuf wasn't available at the 9th spot in 03. Lately I've been wishing that was the case.

True that. Oh wait, I don't need to kill ,the Canucks have him.

That being said, Burrows is almost a carbon copy of Kessler, maybe a bit more talented offensively.

Why in the world was Burrows not even considered for our national team? Top Short handed scorer in the league. Fantastic penalty killer. Led the NHL in scoring for a calendar month last year. Stupid move move by Yzerman and Babcock not even considering him. I want a hockey team, not an all-star team.

Oh, and Nash rocks, fantastic series. Crosby played really well, winning nearly all the battles along the boards.

Besides Kessler, Kane and Parisse both looked scary everytime they crossed the blueline. (See ya in Sochi you American Scum! )

Getzlaf, Weber and Toews are fantastic but I can't get over how good Doughty and Keith are. Unbelievable.

No. But I saw Pierre McGuire getting pretty close to Marc Andre Fleury....near the Canadian bench.

Toews and Doughty I already thought were great young players, but it was nice to see them step up in the Olympics.

Kesler is definitely the number one man crush. Holland needs to figure out how to get this kid back to his hometown.

I've had a man-crush on Toews since he was at UND, but I have new respect for Rafalski after the Olympics.

The speed of Nash blew me away and Toews really impressed me at both ends.

...And Crosby gets a free pass from me for probably until the end of time, for delivering one of the most memorable moments of my life and the perfect way to cap off an epic 80 hrs in Vancouver.

Before this tournament, I always thought Toews was badass and would become the next Sakic/Yzerman (in terms of awesome-fan-favorite-ness)--- now I think he absolutely IS that.

Also, not that he's to blame for anything in particular, but am I the only one here who came out of this a little less man-crushed on Ovechkin?
