All Rangers Draft Pick All Time Team?

Was trying to think about this, and couldn't really put together a team filled with only Rangers draft picks that played the bulk of their careers (where they made their names) as Rangers...

I'd love to hear who you guys think would make the cut...

an entire team.

So youd defintiely have Leetch and Richter...

but the players have to be Rangers draft picks, not players we acquired...which makes it tough...youre talking since 1963 on right?

Is this a joke? Do you seriously think Lafleur would beat out Corey Hirsch?

Wasn't a Rangers draft pick. The draft didn't start until the 60's. Ratelle was in the NHL already by then.

Zubov spent only a few years with the Rangers. Definitely didn't play the "bulk of his career" here.

You need to go further back into the fifties for Andy Bathgate and Harry Howell. Howell won the Norris trophy before Bobby Orr dominated. Bathgate was arguably the best player to ever play for the Rangers. Obviously some folksmust agree as their banners shine in the rafters
The others on my list include Vic Hadfield, Jean Ratelle, Rod Gilbert, Brian Leetch, Brad Park, Gump Worsley.

No Reijo Ruotsalainen? I think he'd qualify.

What are your thoughts on.

Jan Erixon?

81st pick , 10yrs nhl, all as a Ranger. Another one of our "heart & soul" players.

Although no draft, he was a junior signed to a Ranger sponsorship team. analogous to the draft but unfair since Montreal had sponsorship for most of Quebec and Toronto most of Ontario. Of course, the Rangers had all of Brooklyn
