For French it's referred to as match. He's speaking French, but keeps calling it "game"

The Rangers are lucky the ice was bad and Lundqvist had a strong game, that game could have been over early.

No way the Rangers are gonna make the playoffs. In such important game, they played like ****. Gaborik was invisible... the only good player was Marc Staal.

Great win. Halak had an easy night. Perfect road game.

What a win for the Habs.

Avery can suck it!!!

We can hope to see the Miller of tonight, 2 saves on 5 shots. Not likely, but we can still beat the Sabres.

Probably Spacek's best game as a Hab... The Moore, SK74 and Moen line played an heck of a game too... I want Moore re-signed for next season... The guy is a perfect 3rd liner for this Habs team...

All we need now is for A Kost to wake up and with Cammy returning we should be even more dangerous... Another big game coming up on Saturday against the Leafs which will probably be much tighter than this game..The Leafs always seem to play way over their head against the Habs no matter where they are in the standings... The Habs better be ready...

I'm in love with Moore. He's brought a lot to the team in the short time he's been here. Hopefully, he sticks around after this season and hopefully, he's OK. He took a shot hard to his gut.

The ice made the puck bounce like a ball, even on Pleks empty net goal, the puck was bouncing all over the place.

Great win. The Rangers barely had any scoring chances. I know it's just the Rangers but I'm loving the way we're getting much better defensively. Also, in before goalie debate.

I loved the last minutes of the game when he handled to players and managed to still pass the puck and allow us to get out of our zone. He's very solid out there, keep it going OB.

6 game winning streak, playing our best hockey of the season, yet for some reason facing the Leafs scares me.

It's quite funny how thing's can change. We used to rely on one line or the PP for offense without a sniff of secondary scoring. Now we're winning games due to our bottom six. Our PP's still sputtering and our top lines have been relatively tamed. How will this team look when Cammy and Bergeron comes back?

Plekanec has said that he wants to stay in Montreal once he becomes an unrestricted free agent on July 1 and Gauthier has said that re-signing him is one of his top priorities.
Plekanec leads the Canadiens in assists (44) and points (64).
Is Pleks captain material? He has the tenure. That might make a juicy plum in getting a reasonable contract signed.

I can't believe we're 4 points behind the Sabres. A month ago that would've been inconceivable.

No.

He also said something along the lines of being willing to stay if he gets the contract he wants

the debate is whether or not we needed a goalie this game at all...
