Real scary, that's for sure. Especially if we keep playing the way we are right now.

I really hope Martin doesn't break up the third line if they play one bad shift. They're awesome. Pouliot didn't really have a strong game but I'm amazed at how many chances he still manages to create.

I'm sure he could be a candidate. Personally I think that if it's not Markov it's got to be Gionta. Cammy and Plex fall in the 2nd tier category in my mind anyways.

Great win by the boy tonight. Imagine how good they'll be, when Cammy and MAB come back.

Thats assuming the other players don't take their foot off the pedal which often happens when a star player comes back in the line up.

Doesn't matter who's playing or where each team is in the standings, Leafs-Habs game can go either way. They are a very fast team...something that doesn't really fit when you think Leafs.

Is it just me or MAB won't be playing in the playoffs or even now ? He's good on the PP but useless in every other aspect and since our bottom 6 is looking good i wouldn't put him there either. Plus in the playoffs you rarely get PP.

What happened with Avery at the end? After Pleks scored the empty netter I wasn't really paying attention.. I thought I heard the MSG announcer say something about slashing and a game misconduct...

I also sit Pyatt, his time will come to make the team long term. We need Lapierres physical presence (which is still lacking from last year, but is still better than Pyatts') on the bottom six.

Its funny you ask because the guy with the Habs who has the most goals on the PP is none other than Metro with 10, and beleive it or not he will probably be replaced by Cammy.

I like Pyatt, but I do think Lapierre has the edge. I like the experience and he's a bigger body, bit of a pest. If Lapierre was ineffective I'd put Pyatt in.

Nice. Did you hear his interview during the 1st Intermission. He got called Wayne Gretzky on the 4th Line. Gave me a laugh.

Lapierre is playing much better the last month. He's hitting and being a pain to play against. Him and Darche are doing great work on the 4th line.
