Instead of the typical, rank the best player, or grade the performace thread. I'm curious as to what order people would place on the importance of retaining players. I'm only going to include players that I have a full or semi full time roster spot (like McGinn and Demers and not like Couture or Ferrieo)
Here is my list:
Obivously, being on the bottom of the list means you have the lowest priority in being retained. I'm curious as to what you other people think. Go ahead flame away, but please make a list of your own.
Here is my list:
I say we package and trade some of the other players (e.g. Nabby, Clowe, Huskins,) and get some draft picks or legit mid range players **Definite go after a good D-man**
LET BLAKE GO!!!!! We don't need a bag of bones on the bench/ice
even though this is completely stupid to do right now
first round exit = DW and Thornton Gone
Do you think that the Sharks brass would really do that. I don't think they are ready to fire DW regardless of the result. I'm not saying it would or wouldn't be the right thing to do. I just don't think they will let hiim go. Although I think it is much more likely to do it if they fail this year than last year.
Slight twist on the list because of my post in another thread.
Going from stay to go, top to bottom:
Matt Shaw is too new and Woodcroft hasn't had a major role . . . yet.
So tmac goes first or other way around. Sorry for my dyslexia.
Thereís a lot of things wrong with this country, but one of the few things still right with it is that a man can steer clear of the organized ******** if he really wants to. Itís a goddamned luxury, and if I were you, Iíd take advantage of it while you can.
