Great game!!

Colin Wilson's goal was so pretty!

Rinne's glove tonight was so quick. Played great when called upon.

The team did a great job limiting Minnesota's chances and keeping their shots way low.

The first few shifts of the game Minnesota came out hard but the Preds settled down and really controlled a lot of the game. It's been a while since we've had a game that didn't induce a heartattack at some point.

I hope Leipold enjoyed this game.

I went to a show at Blackstone a few weeks ago and won tickets. But they were 1 section over and about 10 rows farther up than where I sit!

I turned to my sister after the crowd had down and told her that that was one of the sexiest goals I had ever seen.

I argued with a man in Columbus on New Years that pretty could be a hockey term, glad someone else used it. lol

Great win, although the boys better not get the big head, the Wild looked like they were asleep honestly after the first few minutes or so. First 'easy' win of the year.

5 ahead of Detroit and tied with L.A., BUT they both have 2 games in hand. Got to keep it up

Wow we looked amazing last night. Boyd was probably one of my favorite on the ice. I think its safe to say everyone played great and tough last night. Wilsons goal was just a thing of beauty. Blocked the shot then put on the jets and made a nice little moved and put it in. Rinne looked good whenever he needed to make a save. Other than the San Jose and Philly game our D has been great. I cant get over how Wilson is producing, this kid is something special.
GO PREDS!

So Wilson has 12 points in 24 games? Did I read that correctly. I love that boy!

I think we should give Poile a little love for our trade deadline acquisition, Colin Wilson. He is the exact piece this team needed. Wilson, Arnott and Erat are beasts. I have been impressed with their play. They can dominate shifts at a time with their play, size and skill. Fun to watch. I am having a blast watching this team right now. It was fun earlier in the year but really great to see them coming together right now.

Any news on Legwand's foot?

It's being regarded as the most overpaid foot on the team.

Just Finished watching the game and i have to say, i am pretty happy . I was a little worried after the first few shifts because we got owned, but after that it looked like we hit our stride and played really well on both sides of the ice.

Got some really nice goals from some the guys aswell and Peks was great in net today, it lookd like Peks is getting hot just about the right time before the playoffs and we can do some damage this year

This team is scary looking when they play like this and it really brings a smile to my face

An interesting thing that i looked up the other night is that actually our PP @ home is 22% and 6th in the NHL, who knew lol

Anyways a great game and i really do hope that there are more of these to follow

Anyone have lines from last night? usually I jot them down but for some reason forgot that, only remember the 10-19-33 line.

We have been rolling the same lines for a few games now.

Erat-Arnott-Wilson
Smithson-Legwand-Ward
Sullivan-Goc-Hornqvist
Dumont-Boyd-TooToo

Weber - Suter
Bouillon - Klein
Hamhuis - Franson

Rinne

there were a few shifts or just late changes that had someone like toots in the offensive zone with arnott and wilson that comes to mind. but im sure trotz has the lines like this down on paper and we will roll these lines against Columbus on Saturday

Wonderful game. Great crowd and I think I just sold 4 season tickets to newcomers for next year. Instant addiction.
Oh cool! That's alright, we wandered during intermission a lot. If you see me again though say hello!

Why not switch Goc and Legwand? Goc is essentially Legwand without the hands. I think you could flip flop those two, and you would have better offensive lines with similar shut-down ability.

But what about the chemistry? You'll ruin the chemistry! Think of the chemistry!
