when exactly was he outplayed? Boosh was pretty incredible through that stretch of terrible games for the flyers. He lacerated his finger and sat out while injured, then leighton decided he was fed up of being **** and rocked the NHL with his amazing ability to get lucky on every single shot faced ( hey im not knocking the guy, whatever works).

fact is, boosh was never outplayed. You don't take someone like leighton who goes on a hot streak like that out of the team at that time

Yup.

Leighton only came in because Boosh got hurt, and he took the ball and ran with it.

Boucher lost very close games with little to no goal support, and for the most part kept us in a lot of tight games. After he cut his finger, he was never given a chance to get back in the net until now.

The only reason he was bad when we did see him is that he came into games where we were already down, cold. It is incredibly difficult to stay sharp in a game you weren't scheduled to start in.

Yeah, this is one thing I don't understand. Everyone is saying how terrible Boucher is/ was when he was playing but his last string of games the rest of our team sucked.

I wait till Boooosh can string together some wins. Because this season he has yet to do so.

Bouchers season started yesterday against one of the crappiest teams in the league.

Until yesterday he was a back up goalie who was not doing his job. It is Bouchers job to be ready to back up. If Flyers did not have two goalies in the hospital, we would not see B.Boucher this season and this is how bad he was.

Stop making excuses..

whos making exuses? If Boucher never got hurt we never would have had Leighton playing the way he did. As GKJ said earlier we are right where we should be with Emery hurt.

And if Boucher was never hurt we would not be where we are today right? We would be losing games right? Wrong? Because we were losing games with him in the net? Yes? No?

Was Leighton lucky? Or Boucher was unlucky? Or was he outplayed? Bad circumstances?

I think I need to do this, or the team will never win again.

I only wish he lacerated his head.

Tell me again what the facts are?
