Crap, once you separate a shoulder once it will happen again easier.

CALL UP EBERLE! In all seriousness, I'd rather have Motin up than Arsene.

That's what I meant, that this is year number three for more than average man games lost to injury so it can only get better now. That was the Bad three, now it's time for some better luck.

How fast some people forget the good...I still remember 2006 and even though the Oilers did not win the cup they came as close to it as no other team that year besides the Hurricanes, and we all know how that turned out, but that was awesome and better than any finish this team has had in a long time. It hasn't been all that bad

Yeah, those useless trainers should have jumped in front of Douglas Murray. Morons. Fire 'em.

Call up Motin and let him play. As for the injury, it was a freak accident and as soon as I saw it I figured his shoulder was pooched.

Peckham is a true full fledged Oiler now. It's become a rite of passage for anyone that plays with this team.

Would't it be even more exciting if this team finished as a top contender to go along with the chance at the cup.As of right now the Oilers haven't finished in the top 3 since 1987.That's 23 years now, this is beyond unacceptable.

But we have also won 2 cups and made it to game 7 of the finals since. Some tough years for sure but not to shabby.

Oh I see I guess the Oilers we have now just have to do things the hard way. This is what sucks for kids being braught up that have to watch the Oilers of today,They don't get to see how great they used to be.All they see is mediocrity in that 8th place is the place that this team always has to battle for,Excluding this year.

Simon Bennett is the new guy in charge, whoever that is.

Methinks changing name plates in the Oilers dressing room is a full-time job....

Maybe that is what Kevin Lowe does all day.....

Saw Peckham today. Said he'll be done for the year. Seemed pretty bummed out.

I'm torn on this one. I would have loved to see him progress the rest of the year, and be that much better for next year. His size and strength were a lot of fun to watch, and was definitely helping the team out.
On the flip side of that, it should make losing games the rest of the year a lot easier.
