Sorry about that. I wasn't trying to be a jerk. I really didn't know. Just did a quick google on him and Hockeyfuture had him listed as a Kings pick. Should have done some more digging. My apologies.

Take the accomplishments of overagers in juniors with a grain of salt. They're expected to dominate with age, experience, size and development advantages over the rest of the league.

i brought him up a few weeks ago in a thread, DL and co obviously saw something in his game that they felt wouldn't translate to the NHL....
He hasnt been with an NHL club for almost a year now, and despite his great OHL season, he still doesnt have a contract....it seems other GM's and scouts see something as well....
I think Cameron had a few issues that were going to prevent him from playing in the NHL.
For a guy his size, his skating was supremely subpar.
He had a big attitude and work ethic problem. At prospects camp a few years ago, I remember watching Marc Crawford get VERY upset with Brian during a skating drill because he was not skating hard. Not only did crow skate along side him, yelling "SKATE! SKATE!" in his face, he pulled him aside after the drill to have a personal chat with him. I felt bad for the kid because Crow really singled him out and kinda lost it. Crow sometimes went off the deep end but usually with good reason.
A guy with hands like that doesnt get passed up by 30 teams unless he is damaged goods or does not have NHL skating ability (luc aside)
