Please no more trading for draft picks. The Blues have **** loads of prospects. If these guys don't take the team to the promised land, then our scouting team will never find the right guys.

They've had their opportunity to draft high and often with all of those 1st rounders over the past 5 years.

Sign EJ ASAP!!!!

I could see that, he has earned about 3.5-4.5 but due to upside it will take a little more to get him. The blues wont want to throw a career contract at him because of all the risks that carries. Yeah, I didn't like that quote from EJ either. Purposely aiming wide to hit the net? How about finding a blade curve that you can shoot with accurately instead of purposely aiming wide with the curve you already have?

As for what it will take to sign him, I still say at least $5M/season. He's not quite worth that yet but he'll get it.

with that slice maybe it will make it harder to block?
