Nice write-up by Cox, too. Not bad. It's nice to see our management and team getting involved with the community and fans, even if they're all the way across the world. A tremendous gesture by Burke, especially considering the year he's had, to follow through on his commitment to go.

Saw him interviewed from Afghanistan by Sportsnet (I think)

Question: "Brian I saw you talking to someone with a Habs sweater"

Answer: "Yea I felt sorry for him, he didn't look to bright".



ps. Hate to admit by I am becoming a Damien Cox fan.

Burkey is great, he loves the Military.

Here's me, him, and a Sergeant from my Regiment at the Devils at Leafs game just before he went to Afghanistan.

He donated a Gondola, it was the best time of my life.
