Tell me what I need to get better

Right now my team is at least in the top 10 talent-wise I'd say in the 30 team NHL Fant. Leag. I'm in now.

This is my lineup -

NJ Devils

Havlat - Bonk - Selanne
Deadmarsh - Gomez - Langenbrunner
Straka - Madden - Antropov
Andreychuk - Toms - Bartovic

Stevens - Niedermayer
Redden - Rafalski
Spacek - White

Broduer
Ahonen

Any comments welcomed.

Ditto. Rule #3 of drafting is DON'T BE A HOMER! I once saw a draft where Dan Hinote was taken in the 6th round. Don't be that guy. The Devils will win, but you wont win with all Devils.

I'm betting from the looks of things that he got the whole Devils team without a draft, and then started dealing players.

I agree, that would be my guess as well.

Nice team.

It looks like you made some nice deals. I think it just matters what the DF ratings for Straka and Antropov are for the 3rd line, not to mention the other lines as well but most of the players seem like guys that are good two-way players.

That's my point of view, I'm a big stickler when it comes to DF and IT ratings, if this is a FHL league of course.

No no no. I'm sorry guys. This isn't a yahoo league or whatnot. This is a FHL, one where I got the Devils lineup to begin with and have made a bunch of trades since. The players will be rerated based on NHL stats the following year.

Sorry for the confusion.

I love the D and Brodeur needs no comments at all. hehe

I think you could use some veteran help on your 3rd and 4th lines on the RW. You could really use a better defensive RW'er and if you could grab a veteran RW or C man for the 4th line it will help you in the playoffs.

I really love that D man!!!!

If you can somehow improve the 3rd and 4th lines you'll be ok. Good job and good luck with your team...
