Macbook Charger

Not sure why, but the last few weeks the charger for my macbook hasn't been working that often. Sometimes it would charge, while other times it would take a long time to start charging - sometimes it takes a long time for the green light on the charger to show.
Anyone know why and how to fix it?

Macbook chargers are notorious for dying. Yours could simply be going:

What exactly is your charger doing? Will the light not turn on, or does it say "No Battery Available" when you plug it in?

So I work for Apple and we've known about this for awhile, I recommend you take it back to an Apple store, and you should be able to get a replacement... chances are good it will end up on my desk in 2-6 weeks for examination.

I've gone through two of them, the problem being the portion of the cord close to the magnet is weak and frays. Is your cord still completely intact at this point? Also, you may want to plug your computer in at an Apple store to make sure it is the cord and not the mac itself.
