I'm a right hander, who always likes to shoot top right or above the pad right side.

Someone needs to tell Alex Edler it's the goal.

Righty, coming down the left side, top right corner. Love that sound of it catching the post.

Someone already said five hole

Low blocker or top shelf, depending on where the goalie is, I miss the net too much, even if I probably lead the team in shots.

Hard slap shot along the ice. I LOVE the sound the puck makes on a net when it hits below the padding along the ice. *CLUNK*. The best is when you hit that part of the net, and the puck shoots back out to the blue line.

I shoot left,

my favourite is flicking up a backhand top left corner (top right corner for the goalie)

seems to work 75% of the time on breakaway for me.

I take low shots b/c mens league goalies rarely expect it I typically go low glove b/c it's easy for the goalie to use the stick when you go blocker side.

Anywhere on the left side really. I should stop shooting to the right because I usually miss the damn net by a few inches. I'm a lefty, not sure how much of a difference that really makes on where I'm going to shoot.

Top right I'm most comfortable with, but whatever is open.

Street hockey however is a whole other story. There it's five-hole whenever possible. It seems like it's the only way to "burn" your goalie friend.

Especially when you do it three times in a row

I personally like to be in the crease behind the goalie so I can just poke it in.

This.

If I'm trying to pick a spot I go 5 hole, I still can't lift the puck more than a foot or so off the ice so that's about all I can hit.

High glove.

I wish I shot more five hole since it seems like the best spot, but id say 50% of my shots are toward high glove.

When i'm playing defense I just shoot low and short side usually.
