Bernie, you still don't understand how to read.

How do you feel about Comcast winning the Net Neutrality ruling against the FCC? World ending?

BTW for Verizon people, TCN is channel 99. I found this out about an hour after the game.

you admit that Comcast Customers from DC have access to their hometown CSN, while Comcast customers from Philly do not have access to their hometown CSN.
Comcast decides this by using the loophole.

anybody refusing to admit this looks silly.

at least you are man enough to admit the facts.

As Comcast customers, they do not have access to exterior market CSNs (other than when they show 'em overlapped). A Comcast customer in Philly gets CSN-P, and not CSN-DC...a Comcast customer in DC gets CSN-DC, and not CSN-P.

Same for all Comcast customers.

Anyone claiming the above looks silly, Bernie. That's why you're the ONLY one making that argument, and everyone who has discussed it with you has told you that you're incorrect.

It's not up for debate.

most transplanted Comcast customers are permitted access via competitors to their old town's CSN, and one group of transplanted Comcast customers is not.

Comcast does this by using the loophole to treat their transplanted Philly customers differently from their transplanted customers coming from all other cities.

unequal treatment of the 2 groups of Comcast customers.

not up for debate, and the reason the FCC has acted.

at least dave admits these facts. he knows i'm right.

and you can't handle it, so you keep trying to twist it.

Dave has actually argued pretty explicitly that you don't understand the words that are coming out of your fingers. Again, you need to read.

Inability to get a channel on a competitor it not "treating" Comcast customers in any way.

Yeah I'm gonna go ahead and ask that you not speak for me, because you and I are not on the same page, like... at all.

Also, the "reason the FCC has acted" has nothing to do with people not being able to receive one channel and everything to do with removing Comcast's ability to offer the loophole closure as a concession during the NBC-Comcast merger process.

Come on, there's no space for business decisions like that on Bernie's high horse.
