how long are emergency recalls good for before you have to send them back down?

gerbe might have been sent back down since he was on an emergency recall which might mean ennis was recalled for good.

dunno just speculating. rivet and lalime should be in quarantine regardless

maybe theyre just giving as many people playing time as "tryouts" before the playoffs now that were not fighting for a spot. it wouldnt hurt to give a guy who could easily see playoff time some more weathering

Which would be true if it wasn't an emergency recall.

Per the GDT, sounds like it's Hecht.

But Lalime is apparently ready to go, so maybe it's a quick 24/48 hour type bug. We can hope.

It doesn't take a news conference to determine Jochen Hecht is out and Mark Mancari is up from Portland. Hecht had a "maintenance day" Wednesday and is absent again.

On the plus side, I'll be in the 3rd row at the Boston game tonight, right behind the cameraman. Do I wear my Mancari, or my Lalime...

The fact that anyone owns both is astounding to me.

sounds like they are giving auditions to as many people as they can so they know what they have in their organization going forward...helps with off-season decisions regarding signings, trades, waivers, etc...

Sometimes players come down with the "flu" just so other players can get in, and it doesn't make the player a heathly scratch so he doesn't lose face...

You guys don't really think Rivet is out sick, do you? Could you really have everyone know you are scratching your healthy captain so that others can get a look?

Besides Kennedy as pivot when Poms had a solid game everywhere but the dot, I like those lines.

I'd like to see Mancari get another shot on a scoring line though. He was really good in limited viewing there.

So is this where Larry and Darcy blame our first round loss on injuries and say the team is fine the way it is...if only they were healthy!

Good thing we'll (hopefully) have some guys healthy before the playoffs, because that is one ugly-ass top six.

Hecht upper body injury huh? I don't have a problem with this if it means guys are fresh and ready for the playoffs.
