Flyers want it bad. Shouldn't they wait until the end of the game to attack with all their might, like all the normal teams do?

I don't know if anyone else will agree with me but I wouldn't mind playing the Devils, I don't care who we face I'm not scared of Buffalo, NJ or the Caps not sure why.. just something about the Habs this year has upset team written all over them

4 games vs New Jersey: 1-2 L , 1-2 OTL, 3-1 W, 4-2 L .. we seem to be catching on and getting better against them, so I wouldn't mind playing them even though I do realize that you cannot compare the regular season to the playoffs as there's no relation.

That with choke written all over NJ. I find we could score more on Brodeur than on Miller. And Buffalo can score more than NJ and they always do against us. And Gionta + Gomez playing their old team should be extra motivation.

I totally agree
I'm thinking like

gomez gionta and cammy are homies

they will tell themselves "we can do it guys we the best!"

so I have a feeling we can go far in the playoffs

I agree. We're due to beat Brodeur, and I think he's due to pull a few stinkers against us. The acquisition of Kovalchuk makes me think they'll be even easier to beat, as I think he'll be a non-factor.

Either way, I hope it's not the Sabres... plus, playing a non-divisional feels like a 2nd or 3rd round series

So far this game is nowhere close to the Habs-Leafs season ender a few years ago.

Probably because the goalies were so bad in that game.

The other positive about going up against Jersey is that it would give a tremendous boost of confidence to our players if they'd actually win the series.

I don't expect it, but I do expect the unexpected.
