Wow, what a first night for the '10 playoffs. Great games and I think they all went the way I was hoping.

3 lower seeds won. Phoenix was the only home team to win.

I only enjoyed the last 2 games.

Watching Colorado score with 49 seconds left, I had a slight flashback to losing like that to SJ.

Funny thing, i got up this morning 7am to go to school and i dunno why, instincts maybe but i turned the TV on, i was watching ESPN America the day before and it was on, and the Avs-Sharks game was on 1-0 for the avs at that point, needless to say i watched aslong as i could before heading off to school

Things have started as i wanted them to...

I'm rooting for #4,#6,#7,#8 seeds <- If this would happen, i would be in 7th heaven

All the teams that I wanted to win won. That was actually the first Senators game I have ever watched. (besides when they play the preds)

I thought I saw Jordin Tootoo playing for the Yotes last night but he had on #19 and his jersey said Doan.

Wilson doesn't throw hits the way Doan was last night. He was running someone every single shift until he got that BS charging call. What a great game to watch. Wings are going to have to bring their A game every single game to win this series.

Wings-Yotes look a whole lot many a preds-Wings game a few years ago... we'd be massively outshot, and the Wings would spend a lot of time in our zone, but if we got solid goaltending and capitalized on our PP chances we would beat them

I just hope Chicago doesn't see all these upsets as a wake up call for them...

And yet one more to add to the list. Montreal just won in OT.

Habs a big win. They played great, kept Ovechkin at bay and scored a sweet goal in OT.

The upsets do indeed keep coming.

Wow! What a great first two nights of the Playoffs. Even though Im a little late I'm going to try and predict how all these series go down.

East:

1 Caps Vs. 8 Habs- I think tonight will be a wakeup call to the Caps especially Ovie. Habs win one more at home but fall in 6

2 Devils Vs. 7 Flyers- Yes, Flyers won game one of NJ's ice but I just can't pick a team that has been inconsistent all year and has Brian Freakin Boucher in goal. Devils get their **** together and take this one going the distance in 7

3 Buffalo Vs. Boston- Boston can't score and Miller is a god of netminding. Really that simple. Bruins are a tough nosed team though that plays good D and won't go down without a fight. Sabres in 6

4 Pens Vs 5 Sens- To me game 1 was a fluke. No way Fluery can be that bad all series. Ott is down Michalek and Kovalev. Champs take this one in 6

West:

1 Sharks Vs. 8 Avs- Sharks struggle but find a way to take it in 7. However they do nothing to quiet down the fear of their annual postseason chokefest with a subpar effort and barely squeaking out a round 1 win

3 Canuck Vs 6 Kings- Kings are going to have to have unreal goaltending from Quick to have a chance. Sedins are insane and offensive depth is great for the Nucks. Kings get overwhelmed and go down in 5

4 Phoenix Vs. 5 Detroit- Phoenix gives Detroit all it can handle with their inspired play but in the end Wings talent and experience barely squeaks them out a hard fought win in a 7 game series.

And now Drumroll!!!!!!!

2 Hawks Vs. 7 Preds- I'm going to keep this short and sweet. I like our team. I like their attitude and I like what they are saying. The problem is the Hawks are a great team and I have been burned before by optimism. Hawks in 6. Prove me wrong boys

I do think they have looked at the scores and maybe take us more seriously than before the playoffs started...

But hey doesn't matter how serious they take us, Hawks you are going DOWN

I saw the Sabres-Bruins game on TV. I thought we had trouble scoring until I saw a Bruins game
They outshot them something like 24-5 in the 2nd.

And what the hell were the Caps doing?
