5'6" 140lbs (working on upping that with more leg/core muscle)
60 flex (intermediate Harrow 300) cut down 2"

I'd need to join that HFBoards The Rinks team of giants just for my own safety.

5'9 - 170 Pounds
Stick up to my chin on skates.
Flex 100

Shocked at the small flexes by most.

If your over 175 and under 6' you should not have a 65-75 flex.

Especially the guy who is like 240 and has a 65 flex

I use 110 and 100 flex but cut them down ~4"
I'm not the fastest but do have some moves and love the slapper.

I've always been told as a rule of thumb... your stick flex should be around half your body weight. Granted that changes if your tall/skinny or short/fat or if you cut your stick down...
