They just won Elitserien with HV 71

Swedish magazine Expressen is the one talking about it and Finnish ones ares just quoting it.
Hmmm...not sure about this one but great to see a Jokerit-junior in these rumours.

hmm....
29 Points in 45 games isn't that apealing.
Where does he get his idea from to be the fastest and strongest attacker to be ?
Are the numbers fooling ?

Don't really know much about him.
Anyone saw him play and wants to make a small scouting report for us?

From
eliteprospects :
"A very speedy forward with great acceleration. Goes hard to the net and likes to fire the puck. Strong along the boards. Posesses agitator qualities, likes to run his mouth. (EP)"

Awards:
Birthyear 1982...so he'll be 28 next season.

He scored the GWG in OT to win his SEL club the championship. He's a very speedy agitator and probably wouldn't be a bad depth signing, this organization certainly lacks some speed.

No. Laine is speedy and strong guy, but doesn't have much hockey sense and limited skillset. When he was younger, he was both undisciplined and selfish - not a good teamplayer.

Seems that every year the Kings pick up a few College/Euro FA. Nothing wrong with that and once in a LONG while they end up in the NHL...

SEL statistics are misleading, 29 points in 45 games is solid for that league.

If he's anything like Jarkko or Esa Tikkanen I'm all in-obviously. Pests with skill are almost gone from the NHL, really a lost part of the game.

He's fast and talks too much. Occasionally gets a point now and then. Only a coincidence he scored the game winning goal in the Elitserien finals.
