We need to play like we did in the 1st here in the 3rd. Such a crucial 20 minutes.

Terrible second period really. Unbelievable performance by Halak.

Nice rush by PK to end the 2nd.

Outshot 15-3.

Wow... Subban's rush was a typical CHL/AHL Subban rush. Once he gets more experience, this guy is gonna be something else. Thank you Bob, thank you Trevor.

I'm so nervous. Not convinced that two goals will be enough!

Thanks again Halak, and please keep it up!

Go Habs Go!!

Hopefully that was the "weak" period for the Habs. I don't think the Habs can withstand another period like that.

The boys really need to pot one on this PP; if they try to sit on the 2-0 lead for the 3rd.. we all know what will happen!

3rd period is gonna get chippy. Hopefully the Refs don't allow the Halak bashing they allowed in game 2.

Markov isn't the same player he once was. I don't know what happened to him but after the injury he's gone down hill.

I was seriously like "WTH!" but he really had all the Caps wondering if he was going to pass, or deke... They had no idea what he was going to do.. It was very nice.

i ****ing hate eric fehr. that is totally unacceptable. drill our best player into the goalie with a x-check and then punches him in the face on the way off. need to score on the pp to make these guys hurt

I'm so proud of our team right now. PLEASE keep it up Habs.

Well, don't let the Caps into the zone so easily! Other than that they've been great.

dude he's exhausted, targeted by other teams, playing alone..look at our D that period, they can't make a play to save their lives in the D zone..afraid to get hit etc

I'm impressed so far that PK is being smart about how often. In a regular Jr game he tries that stuff quite often. Does not fly in the bigs quite as often

Total goals for Washington last 5 periods? 1. Now that's pretty damn good.

Gotta be impressed at the Habs and Halak only allowing one goal in the last 100 minutes of play vs the Caps. That's quite a feat, let's keep it up.

People are impressed at Halak, and rightly so, still, the Habs are playing an impressive team game and you can see the Caps are highly frustrated.
