Dead wood is a good word for Spacek

On the topic of work, I would of thought Montreal would of been shut down for the game tonight! Man, was I wrong!

Vegas is givin' us absolutely no respect for this game...

100 bucks on the habs to win will profit you 250 big ones

100 bucks on the Caps to win will profit you 32 bucks

100 bucks on the Caps to win by 2 or more will profit you 100 (only).

The odds are about the same you'd expect for a regular season game.

I'm really starting to hate these sudden bandwagoners. I know its so they don't face either Pit or Was. But I kind of liked it when nobody cared for us, and thought we were going to get swept.

Playing Subban and Berg is a good move, imo. If you get a lead, you sit Berg and play the same game they've played the last two games. I think it's good to have Subban and Berg ready to go in case we're down a couple later in the game and we just have to throw caution to the wind.

IE, the entire game hinges on getting an early lead. That's the most effective way of beating this team.

I thought two weeks ago that the Habs would be swept in 4 or 5 games because of their very bad season's ending. And of course because the tremendous Caps' fire power.

Now they they are about to play a surprising 7th game (and have won the last two, thanks to Halak and some hard work from everyone), I must say the habs really deserve and gonna win this seventh game.

Once again, Halak will steal that one for them.

One guy that needs to step up for this big game is Gomez. I haven't seen him lately. Just 3 pts in 6 games is not enough, especially we signed him because apparently, he is clutch and always good in playoffs. Time for you to shine Gomez.

Win or lose tonight, I'm proud of this team. We made everyone eat their words. If we lose, it's how everyone saw it no shame. If we win, well.... duh. I just think we can walk away knowing that our team has found an identity and we have good leadership that we can depend on.

Tuned into hockeycentral to get pumped, heard a recap of the redwings, the Leafs signed some plug from the NCAA, and 25 minutes of Ovechkin talk. Nice.

I've seen more predictions of a Washington blowout than even a close game, let alone a Habs win. I'm thinking we come out and play way more calm than we do at home.

Honestly, I hope Spacek is 100% and ready to go. I love PK and despise MAB, but I'd feel confident with any of our combos out against Ovechkin. We don't need to worry about getting certain matchups.

Gomez has played very well, imo. Points don't reflect what he's brought. But man, a winner take all game, and we got the goalie. That's a pretty sweet situation. I wish Halak had an extra day rest. I also think Martin should not hesitate to pull Halak if he gets swarmed early. The game is too important.

Damn, I was hoping for a Spacek for MAB switch for 5 on 5 D help. We may have won Monday, but we didn't play well.

Man.. if this game was decided by the spirit of the fans, the Habs would totally pwn the Capitals tonight. They seem to be so depressed, it's incredible.

And we are so hyped up! Epic Videos are Epic!

A true Habs fan would NEVER root for the bruins under no circumstance. I expect nothing less from true bruins fans

From a friend on facebook: "Comebacks from a 3-1 deficit are rare, but so is a blizzard on April 27".

I will say this, I'm much more happy that Game 7 is in Washington than in Montreal.
