Wow, you couldn't really see how either Markov or Staal could get injured on those plays.

Yeah I believe it was. I think Markov is a bigger blow to the team, then Staal is to his team.

For sure, that goes without saying. But at least now we can concentrate on just two lines rather three.

I really don't think the Pens will suffer that much. They have too much character and too many other scorers. All we need is Gonchar and Crosby to go down. LOL

Don't worry Subban is just getting warmed up, he'll take out Crosby on Sunday.

We lose markov, they lose Staal. Sucks for both teams but at least we've won without markov, they never played without Staal. We need to take advantage of that.

People on the main board posting twitters that are saying he could be back earlier and the Pens saying he's day to day.

He's out this round 100%. It's impossible to come back from Markov's injury inside two weeks.

If he does, I'd serious have to look at what "medication" he was taking to come back so soon. Too bad the NHL doesn't test in the playoffs.

From MAG`s tweet:

Surprise on Pens side: Staal skated lightly for a few minutes in track pants. No such progression with Markov...

Might not play tonight but who knows for the series.

I'd say if the series somehow goes to 7 games, we'll see staal.

sounds like Staal could be back for even game 5 or 6.

of course, we get the news that Markov is totally done. If I ever see Matt Cooke on the street I will warn him that a haymaker is coming his way and proceed to beat the crap out of him, it's not that hard. He's the biggest *****/cheapshoter in the league. I respect Avery more than him. Seriously.

My dogs crap, that I left sitting on my neighbors lawn, the bugs manifesting on it now, I respect them more than Cooke.

If had to save 1 life and needed to decide on the bugs munching on my dog's crap on my neighbors lawn or cooke, I'd take the bugs on my dog's crap

The poo from the bugs after manifesting on my dogs crap is worth more than Cookes entire life

The bacteria forming from the bugs poo is worth more than Cooke's entire life
