need to survive the first 10 minutes or so. you know they want to put us away early. survive that, come back and score first, then again. take the crowd out of the game.
We can win up there.
Just win. No ****ing excuses.

this post pretty much sums it up. i have absolutely zero interest in the nba, yet i find myself checking the scores of the celtics games hoping to see bad news for boston fans.

Don't just win, stomp on their throats and demoralize them.

Hey all, I've read a few posts over the past week or so calling for Pronger to be in front of the net on the PP. Why? He's really dangerous shooting from the point. Is the "front of the net" idea a minority viewpoint here? I mean, I know he's a big body but it just seems like a weird idea to move him from the point.

It was really effective against the Devils.

Just one win at a time Flyers, that's all you need to think about.

Oh, I didn't know that. I was complaining that Versus wasn't showing that series because I wanted to watch it. Thanks.

I have to say: Pronger versus Chara in front of the net would be a great thing to watch.

I think that is why Pronger isn't in front of the net. Pronger had a massive advantage over the devils but against boston he might be more worth it on the point.

Oh, I don't know about that. We saw Brodeur have problems seeing around Pronger in front of the net in the Jersey series. Now add another behemoth in Chara, and good luck to Rask being able to see around the pair of them!

That is a good point, but also the puck would have to travel through both of them
